Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

Description: Global Canopy is a data-driven organization dedicated to promoting transparency and accountability in the market's impact on nature and people. As a Creative Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that align with Global Canopy's mission and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand materials for both print and digital platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and Communications team to develop visually stunning designs.

• Create artworking files, typeset reports, design infographics, and develop social media content.

• Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Powerpoint, Google Slides, and Figma being an added bonus.

Requirements:

• A strong drive to contribute to Global Canopy's mission of delivering transparency and accountability for nature, forests, and people.

• Enthusiasm for design with a creative flair.

• Attention to detail in executing design work.

• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, listen to feedback, and present designs.

• Willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong sense of composition, typography, and image selection.

• Ability to reliably follow branding guidelines and create consistent identities across multiple platforms.

• Attention to detail when following and implementing templates.

• Experience designing and formatting presentation decks.

• Fluency in Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
