About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VFX Creative Lead to join our team at Rebellion, based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of visual effects for our upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating high-quality visual effects, with a strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques and industry-standard software such as 3D Studio Max, Maya, and Unreal Engine.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from video games to film and TV productions. You will be part of a passionate and growing team, working closely with senior management and other departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding visual effects.

In this role, you will assist in creating project-specific processes and industry-leading VFX for brand new titles, having key involvement in and direct say in the construction and pipeline requirements.

You will also mentor junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential. This includes assisting with training and knowledge sharing, as well as providing regular feedback and coaching.
