Payment Fraud Expert

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Strategy Manager to join our team and help us combat payment fraud within our organization.
Job Summary:
- Design, implement, and enhance strategies to prevent payment fraud across various channels, including eBanking, mobile apps, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Maximize fraud detection rates while minimizing instances of false positives.
- Create a comprehensive reporting suite to address internal fraud monitoring and comply with external regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business and IT teams to ensure strategic proposals and priorities are effectively aligned and executed in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud patterns, attacks, and data breaches, and communicate relevant insights to the team and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in managing payment fraud and optimising fraud strategies.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- German proficiency beneficial but not required.
