**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised care to residents within our residential units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Oversee the care provided by your team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of care
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
