Female Specialist Care Professional

Cera Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Female Specialist Care Professional to join our Specialist Services Team, providing care and support to clients in the Wickford area.
Job Overview:This role involves working as a key member of our team, delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. As a specialist care provider, you will be responsible for supporting clients with PEG, seizure management, oxygen therapy, nebuliser treatment, and suctioning.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one care and support to clients with complex needs
- Work closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and confidence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in care work, preferably in a specialist setting
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
We offer a competitive salary package, including:

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
