We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow - Southampton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Work closely with the head chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
