We are seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bolton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Job Summary
The Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to meet client needs, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- A strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
