Goods-In Supervisor Lead

Glu Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Goods-In Supervisor to manage the receipt and processing of goods. This is a key role within our logistics operations, requiring strong leadership and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the goods in department, overseeing the unloading, checking, and allocation of stock received.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming shipments, resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective team management strategies to motivate and train Goods-In operatives.
- Collaborate with inventory and stock control teams to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless transitions of goods.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift truck Licence (Reach, Counterbalance and VNA desirable)
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
Salary and Benefits:
