Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our company's strategic growth and success. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify complex business issues and develop innovative solutions to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
  • Develop problem-solving strategies and innovative solutions to address complex business issues.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop presentations and reports to communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Support in the development of Business Cases, including top-level financial analysis and modelling.
  • Support the Director of Strategy in facilitating strategic planning sessions.
  • Lead transformational change projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Skilled in assessing disparate information, distilling key insights, and conveying them succinctly.
  • Ability to work alone and build effective working relationships internally and externally.
