About the Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong educational background, preferably educated to GCSE or A Level (including GCSE Maths and English) or equivalent.
You will also need to have fully qualified AAT or equivalent experience and management accounts experience. Additionally, you will require IT skills, particularly with Excel and finance ledger system(s).
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of budgetary control in the NHS and have good knowledge of NHS IT systems. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
