Provide one-on-one tutoring to students exhibiting challenging behaviourImplement behaviour management strategies to support students in improving their behaviour and learning outcomesCreate individualised learning plans based on student needs and behaviour assessmentsCollaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategiesMaintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour changesExperience working with students with behavioural difficultiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategiesAbility to remain calm and patient in challenging situationsMinimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related fieldUnderstanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of studentsFlexible working that you are in control ofImproved work-life balanceCompetitive hourly rate of up to £30 p/h All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
