Job Title: Defence Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Defence Transformation Consultant to join our team at Anson McCade. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Defence Air & Space to support the MoD and its partnering Space Agencies in delivering complex technology and transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Defence Air & Space in delivering complex technology and transformation programmes for the MoD and its partnering Space Agencies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep network within the Space Domain to drive business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Director to shape the future of the Firm's UK Defence Space Capability.
  • Design and deliver operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Provide expertise in the UK Space Domain with knowledge of Government/MoD Space projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Defence & Security sector challenges and innovative government strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current business environment drivers: digital, automation, robotics, advanced analytics.
  • Manage projects with strong project management skills, including detailed project planning and adherence to strict timelines.

Requirements:

  • British Passport Holder with active MoD DV Clearance.
  • Established network within UK Space Command, DE&S, and UK Strategic Command.
  • Experience in a senior client-facing role at a Blue Chip Consulting firm.
  • Expertise in the UK Space Domain with knowledge of Government/MoD Space projects.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Defence & Security sector challenges and innovative government strategies.
  • Awareness of current business environment drivers: digital, automation, robotics, advanced analytics.
  • Strong project management skills, including detailed project planning and adherence to strict timelines.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 (DoE).
  • Bonus - 10%.
