Senior Mechanical Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from feasibility to detailed design
  • Develop and implement mechanical systems and equipment designs
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Produce top-notch deliverables within time, cost, and quality constraints

Requirements:

  • Water Industry or wider utilities experience, infrastructure and industrial clients
  • Knowledge and understanding of water and sewage treatment processes and associated equipment/systems
  • Commercial awareness of clients and factors that affect the project and impacts on Aqua Consultants
  • Degree qualified within mechanical engineering
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership (within next 6 months)
