About the Role

As a Chef De Partie, you'll be part of our dynamic kitchen team, working closely with our experienced chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. You'll be based in the Mercure Glasgow City Hotel, where you'll be part of a passionate team that prioritizes quality and excellence.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience - A proven track record of working in a professional kitchen, ideally in a branded hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility - Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Age and Availability - Must be 18 or above and have no current restrictions on working availability.
