We are looking for an experienced Addiction Treatment Coordinator Lead to join our team at Via Merton.

The Role

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of addiction treatment services, working closely with partners from probation, prisons, courts, and the police to engage individuals in recovery-oriented drug and alcohol treatment.

Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of clients, providing quality interventions, and prescribing medication when necessary.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your passion for promoting recovery and improving the lives of those affected by substance misuse.

The Service

Via Merton offers comprehensive addiction treatment services from a single point of access, including assessment, intervention, and ongoing support.

Earnings: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients
  • Provide quality interventions and support
  • Prescribe medication when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies

Requirements: Experience of working in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a commitment to promoting recovery and improving outcomes for clients.
