Job Description
Servicing Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Addiction Treatment Program Lead to oversee the development and implementation of high-quality services for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recovery principles, and experience in program development.

About the Role
The Addiction Treatment Program Lead will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to Team Leaders, developing service reach through collaboration with partner organisations, and ensuring high-quality services align with client passions and delivery ethos. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to co-production practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and partner organisations to develop service reach and promote recovery, health, and wellbeing.
- Provide inspirational leadership to Team Leaders and support them in delivering high-quality services according to client passions and delivery ethos.
- Work with Senior Leadership Team, sub-contracting organisations, and local councils to develop service reach and support project leads in reporting impact data, contract monitoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in program development, leadership, and project management
- Strong understanding of recovery principles and co-production practices
