About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team in the education sector. As a Branch Manager at Supporting Education Group, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and providing high-quality teachers and support staff.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Embed and manage effective practices and ways of working, driving long-term campaigns and candidate-led tactics.
  • Ensure productivity and maintain a positive working atmosphere, prioritizing the welfare and well-being of team members.
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility in a dynamic work environment, balancing office-based and remote working.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is driven to make a difference in the education sector. You will thrive in our team if you:

  • Have a proven track record of managing successful teams, with a minimum of six months of experience in a leadership role.
  • Are an engaging communicator, known for walking your talk and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Have a flair for spotting talent and matching the right people with the right roles, with a minimum of one year of experience in a recruitment role.
  • Are curious and inquisitive, with a passion for understanding the needs and aspirations of clients and team members.
