Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Solicitor at Legal Director level to join our team in the East Midlands region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with ambition and drive to take on a real career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a wide range of corporate work
  • Work closely with clients to provide fast, pragmatic, and commercial advice
  • Develop relationships with clients, hold meetings, and get to know their business
  • Assist and supervise more junior fee earners, delegate work to paralegals, and support senior team members on large complex matters
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience working in corporate law
  • Proven ability to generate new business in a professional services environment
  • Ability to manage workload, delegate tasks, and provide excellent client service
  • Ambition, leadership capability, and vision to grow the business
