Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Solicitor at Legal Director level to join our team in the East Midlands region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with ambition and drive to take on a real career opportunity.

About the Role

This role involves handling a wide range of corporate work, working closely with clients to provide fast, pragmatic, and commercial advice, and developing client relationships. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years' relevant experience working in corporate law, a proven ability to generate new business, and excellent organisational and prioritising skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a wide range of corporate work
  • Work closely with clients to provide fast, pragmatic, and commercial advice
  • Develop client relationships, hold meetings, and get to know clients and their business
  • Assist and supervise more junior fee earners, delegate appropriate work to paralegals, and support more senior team members on large complex matters
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years' relevant experience working in corporate law
  • A proven ability to generate new business in a professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment
