">Salary and Benefits
">The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + uncapped commission. You will also receive auto-enrolment pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and professional qualification sponsorship.
">About the Role
">This desk-based role involves developing new business and managing existing client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing client insurance arrangements, handling pre-renewal and renewal processing, claims, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty regulations.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">We are looking for a candidate with proven commercial insurance experience, a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Acturis and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential, and CII qualification or progression towards it is desirable.
