Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

As a key member of our Digital Merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product offerings are optimally positioned to meet customer demands and market trends. This dynamic role involves a blend of trend analysis, product placement, and stock management, as well as troubleshooting platform issues and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hard launches effectively by preparing products in time and analyzing STR% performance.
  • Coordinate and ensure new products are online as quickly and efficiently as possible, using product trackers, intake calendars, and KPI reporting to analyze time-to-site performance.
  • Annotate key information for future reference, such as key products, issues, and events.
  • Monitor reserved stock daily by SKU level and conduct weekly reviews to manage stock holding.
  • Review low-cover lines in the warehouse to transfer products from slow-selling stores to maintain sell-through rates and monitor transfer processing rates.
  • Merchandise the site using Fredhopper algorithms and manual modifications for key products.
  • Conduct site walks throughout the day to raise potential issues, such as broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement, imagery, and general housekeeping.
  • Attribute the site to improve the customer journey and marketing pushes.
Requirements:
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to spot potential issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, with SQL knowledge beneficial but not essential.
  • Effective management and leadership experience.
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized, with good prioritization and time management skills.
