As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse maintenance team, planning workloads, writing and maintaining PPM/CMMS, performance management, budgetary control, and project work to drive ongoing improvements and installations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food/FMCG as a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager
  • Experience of leading multi-disciplined engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work closely with other Senior Managers on site

Salary and Benefits:

A salary of £75-£80k, plus a great bonus, pension, healthcare, and other benefits.
