We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Plant Operations Supervisor position at our Louth Concrete Plant.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring site safety and quality standards, and coordinating logistics with our distribution teams.

This permanent, full-time position comes with a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and access to our employee benefits platform.
