Residential Psychologist

As a Residential Psychologist at Compass Associates, you will be part of a friendly therapeutic team that provides specialist services to children and young people. Your main responsibilities will include providing direct clinical work, assessments, and supervising junior staff members.
You will be working closely with other professionals, including therapists, assistant psychologists, and trainee psychologists, to achieve shared goals. A significant aspect of this role is your ability to work autonomously, managing your own diary and prioritizing tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your basic salary, you can expect benefits such as mileage reimbursement, enhanced pension contributions, and eligibility for a blue light card.
