We are seeking an experienced and skilled Teaching Support Professional to join our Education and Care Team at Lowedges Junior Academy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and teaching of children in Upper Key Stage 2.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to establish positive relationships with pupils, act as a role model, and set high expectations. The successful candidate will support children consistently while recognising and responding to their individual needs and record progress and achievement systematically and provide evidence of range and level of progress and attainment.

About the Role
The Teaching Support Professional will work closely with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities for individuals or groups. They will monitor, assess, record, and report on pupils' progress, achievement, and development. The successful candidate will also liaise with parents to support with pupils' learning and contribute to/lead meetings with parents to provide constructive feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to model and promote positive values, attitudes, and behaviour. A willingness to be fully involved in the life of the academy is essential. This post is for 32.5 hours per week term time only, with some flexibility required during school holidays and INSET days.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £19,533.00 - £20,820.00 per annum (Annually). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
