Job Summary
  1. Serve as the Main Point of Contact for Incoming Calls and Requests
  2. Maintain Accurate Records Within the Live Reporting System
  3. Efficiently Sort and Dispatch Calls to Relevant Engineers or Subcontractors
  4. Prioritize Urgent Tasks and Coordinate Support to Address Immediate Demand
  5. Attend Mandatory Training and Health and Safety Courses
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational and Planning Abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Telephone Etiquette Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Including Excel and Outlook
