Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team at VINCI Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, health, safety, and environmental requirements. You will lead on HSE meetings with clients, providing expertise and guidance on incidents or events.


•Attend HSE meetings and deal with ongoing issues

•Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and health, safety, and environmental requirements

•Produce reports and identify remedial action, ensuring effective implementation of HSE Management Systems

•Audit permit to work processes and COSHH assessments

•Investigate incidents and review risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work

•Monitor HSE standards across the contract and identify opportunities for improvement

Essential Qualifications


•Held a similar advisory position

•Experience in a commercial construction environment

•Delivered HSE training to operational staff

•Proven knowledge of HSE processes and legislation

•IOSH or NEBOSH certification

•Worked in the UK for the last 5 years to clear vetting
