We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Social Work Specialist to join iPeople Solutions in Lincoln, England.

Estimated salary: £35 per hour.

This role requires a Level 2 Social Worker with experience in managing CIN, CP, and CIC/Proceedings cases from initial contact.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves conducting thorough assessments and developing safety plans prioritizing the voice of the child (VOC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking robust assessments and creating effective safety plans for children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure the VOC is heard and prioritized
  • Develop comprehensive safety plans for vulnerable individuals and groups
  • Manage complex cases allocated from the front door
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or relevant field
  • Significant experience in child protection social work
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills
