Located in the heart of London, The Ritz hotel is renowned for its opulence and exceptional service. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping team as an Evening Room Attendant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that complete turndown service is provided, including removing and rewashing linens, refreshing guest rooms, and replenishing guest supplies and amenities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for the next day's occupancy
  • Replenish guest supplies and amenities
  • Keep corridors, stairs, and rotundas clean and tidy
  • Communicate effectively with the Floor Housekeeper to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Good command of the English language
  • Demonstrate a polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
