Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care to patients, parents, carers, and families.
- Engage with the unit's multidisciplinary approach to care, ensuring that patients are fully involved in their care journey.
- Lead and work within a team, providing strong clinical and managerial leadership.
- Empower staff to deliver high-quality care, guiding the team in the absence of senior colleagues.
This role involves working on a 24-bed paediatric ward, supporting children with long-term conditions as they transition into adult services. You will work closely with a small but active outpatient department, home to a dedicated and diverse team of specialists.
Requirements- RSCN/RN Child qualification.
- Diploma/working or willing to work towards degree level.
- Evidence of supervisory and mentoring skills.
- Able to lead and work within a team.
