We are looking for an In-House Counsel - Europe to join our team. As the primary legal advisor to the Europe Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, you will provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters, including complex commercial contracts, procurement, competition law, regulatory issues, and M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
  • Providing legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters to business teams.
  • Advising on litigation and regulatory disputes, managing external counsel when needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licensing regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require 8-10 years PQE with experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team. Expertise in Commercial Contracts is essential, with proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.

UK & Wales / Ireland / NZ / Aus / SA qualified solicitors are welcome to apply, with industry experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Retail, FMCG, or food sector preferred. Strong travel flexibility is also required, as you will need to be willing to travel across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

The company offers a competitive salary, estimated at £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus potential. This role requires you to be based in West London, working five days a week.
