The Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to support our client's continued success and expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Contract Leadership: Reviewing, negotiating, and managing key contracts, with escalation points for junior team members.
  • Advisory Support: Providing strategic legal advice on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to offer practical, solutions-driven legal counsel supporting business goals.

Compensation Package: Our estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive equity package aligned with the company's long-term growth.
