Fraud Strategy Manager

The Fraud Strategy Manager is a critical position within our lending business, responsible for maintaining profitability and compliance by developing and implementing a robust evidence-based strategy to combat all types of fraud.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head of Credit Risk and other key stakeholders to develop and implement an effective fraud strategy that minimises fraud risk without excessive friction.
- Lead a team of fraud analysts, providing training, coaching and guidance to enhance fraud prevention and detection capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the business is always one step ahead of fraudsters.
- Support the Head of Compliance by developing, delivering, and reporting on automated monitoring of customer accounts with indicators of money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Work closely with customer services to ensure effective and efficient fraud handling processes that deliver good customer outcomes.
- Report fraud performance and emerging trends to senior stakeholders, along with recommendations for strategy enhancements.
