Construction Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Solicitor to join our in-house legal team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to take on a varied caseload of non-contentious construction law matters from a range of projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contractual documentation with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants relating to construction law. This will include collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements, NEC, and FIDIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice across the business relating to construction matters
  • Work with external solicitors to deliver high-quality results
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the business
