Head of Supply Planning

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as our new Head of Supply Planning, playing a crucial role in driving operational success across our multiple UK chilled food manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Supply Planning: Develop and implement robust supply planning strategies across our UK sites to align with our business goals, ensuring seamless product availability and cost efficiency.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring a smooth flow of products from production to customer delivery, while swiftly addressing risks and capacity constraints.
  • Measurement & Control: Manage the collation, analysis, and reporting of supply chain KPIs across the group, ensuring continuous alignment with business targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance through rigorous analysis of performance metrics.
  • Key Event Management: Lead the supply planning strategy for major events, including Christmas and seasonal stock builds, ensuring all timelines and targets are met.

We're looking for a strategic mindset with a keen ability to balance long-term planning and daily operational demands. If you have proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, within the chilled food sector, we'd love to hear from you.
