About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team as the Head of Manufacturing Planning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust supply planning strategies to ensure optimal efficiency, cost management, and product availability across our multiple UK manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supply planning strategies to align with business goals
  • Lead the supply planning function within the business' S&OP process, driving strategic decisions
  • Oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring a smooth flow of products from production to customer delivery
  • Manage the collation, analysis, and reporting of supply chain KPIs across the group
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, within the chilled food sector
  • A strategic mindset with a keen ability to balance long-term planning and daily operational demands
