About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team at Next. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the Beauty department, supporting the Brand counters and assisting with stockrooms and processing deliveries as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, providing expert advice to customers
  • Offer warm and friendly service, helping customers find the perfect products and demonstrating a passion for beauty
  • Take ownership of your development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers

About You:

  • You are passionate about beauty and have a keen interest in skincare, makeup, and fragrance
  • You are a great communicator, always looking for ways to help and support customers
  • You are friendly, calm, and efficient, even in busy situations
  • You are excited about the challenge of a fast-paced and varied role
  • You are flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this before commencement of employment. We are unable to sponsor candidates under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level.
