Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team at Lipton Media, a specialist media recruitment agency based in London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a media sales background, preferably in exhibition sales, and a passion for sales with a willingness to make outbound calls.

"This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business, selling within an established team on a marketing leading portfolio of b2b events," said a representative from Lipton Media. "The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for selling sponsorship and exhibition packages to prospective clients, developing a strong client base and meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
  • Outreach calls to clients via a mix of warm incoming leads and cold calls
  • Face to face sales presentations with clients
  • Contribute ideas to assist in the growth of the business
  • Attend competitor events to generate new leads

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a media sales background - ideally exhibition sales
  • Passion for sales and willingness to make outbound calls
  • Highly driven to hit targets and reach financial incentives (commission)
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality
  • Able to work as part of a team but also use their own initiative
