Job Description

Job Title: School Business Manager - Administrative Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our administrative team at Wykebeck Primary School. As a School Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administrative team in providing excellent support to the school's leadership and staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the school.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including student information and staff personnel files.
  • Coordinate and implement school events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the school's leadership team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local businesses and schools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
