Role Overview:
The Agile Program Lead will play a crucial role in transforming how we organise our Integrated Project Team (IPT) to align with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will be part of the Programme Team, reporting to the Programme Manager, and will collaborate with stakeholders to drive programme success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with incumbent project managers and the wider IPT, comprised of engineers and professionals from across the business.
- Collaborate with Planning Function to ensure work package status reflects current position with Earned Value data made readily available.
- Oversee project risk and opportunity through the lifecycle.
- Manage and report IPT's activities, including occasional representation at Project performance Reviews.

Requirements:
- Experience in project management across multiple phases of the project execution life cycle.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile project management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
