Contract Kitchens Business Development Manager
About the Company:Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs and specification field sales positions within the contract kitchens sector.
Salary and Benefits:The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, plus circa 20,000 bonus. Additionally, they will receive a car allowance or electric/hybrid company car and full company benefits.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the contract kitchens sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our clients' manufactured range of contract kitchens to tier 1 contractors, including PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent markets.
- Focusing on building relationships with tier 1 contractors such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, and GMI.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of contract kitchen solutions.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the contract kitchens sector.
- A strong track record of selling to tier 1 contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
