Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the central support team to maintain smooth operations, share best practices, and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve commercial targets, improve profitability, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales, improve profitability, and manage budgets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and train staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
