About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Manager to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving strategic change and delivering business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Chief Officer of Finance and Performance to define, develop, and coordinate the delivery of corporate strategy and transformation projects, ensuring significant organizational and financial impact.
  • Program Management: Matrix manage program teams drawn from various services across the organization, and externally, delivering projects of organizational significance, including onboarding of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change projects to support the successful delivery of the corporate strategy and transformation program, ensuring cost and efficiency savings, and service/performance improvements.
  • Resource Planning: Conduct resource planning and forecasting to ensure the program and its projects can be delivered on time and within budget.
  • Influencing and Collaboration: Constructively challenge and influence officers, including the Leadership Team, to deliver strategic priorities through successful project and program delivery.
  • Project Governance: Ensure corporate strategy and transformation projects and programs follow effective project management methodology, deliver successfully through good project management discipline, strong governance, and proactive risk and issue management.
  • Financial Management: Manage the program budget to ensure value for money through the effective use of resources and controlling expenditure incurred by the program.
