Teaching Assistant Opportunity
Teach Now is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, specialising in supporting students with challenging behaviours. This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviours
- Assist the class teacher in developing and implementing behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with the SENCO to create tailored learning plans
Requirements
- Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
