Sphere Solutions Ltd, a leading construction recruitment agency, is looking for a skilled Construction Technology Specialist to join their team in Plymouth or Exeter.

About the Role:

This role involves enabling the use of digital construction technologies to support project delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring the completion of IM Gateway forms, ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are met, and managing the common data environment to adhere to ISO 19650 standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely completion of IM Gateway forms across all tenders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain the common data environment to adhere to ISO 19650 standards.
  • Support and audit the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures using specified software and workflows.
  • Share best practice and contribute to the improvement of PLM resources.
  • Promote digital strategies across the business and provide feedback to Senior Digital Construction Manager.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £45,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as an impressive benefits package.
