**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking two qualified Primary teachers to join our partner school, a residential institution catering to students aged 7-19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and co-existing conditions.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A well-organised individual able to create a structured learning environment
  • Experienced in teaching SEN in mainstream or a SEN school
  • Practical, creative, and inventive
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Able to interact with people in various ways
  • Calm, nurturing, and understanding
  • Possessing proof of QTS

**Responsibilities:**

  • Contribution to the delivery and development of the curriculum, taking into account the educational, physical, and social needs of students within a learning environment
  • Collaboration with other staff members as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintenance and utilisation of short, medium, and long-term plans in delivering the curriculum
  • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing personalised targets to optimise learning for each individual
