Job Title: NHS Community Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Fracture Clinic Team as an Extended Scope Practitioner. This post will involve working as a high-level practitioner with advanced clinical skills within the trauma multidisciplinary team, primarily to ensure that patients receive holistic, timely and high-quality clinical care.

Main Duties of the Job

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most. The post holder will work autonomously in delivering clinics alongside Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, providing initial assessment and diagnosis, identifying and interpreting appropriate investigations, listing for surgical and therapeutic procedures and the follow up of patients.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing patients with a wide range of acute musculoskeletal conditions, have post-graduate qualifications relevant to the position and demonstrable, high level clinical reasoning skills.
