Job Purpose:

The Vertical Team member's role is to deliver exceptional service in vertical operations, including working at heights with machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality vertical operations, including working at heights with machinery.
  • Manage and maintain onsite cleaning equipment, ensuring the upkeep of all machinery related to vertical cleaning.
  • Collate and log checklists, addressing any issues as part of the reporting procedure.
  • Ensure adherence to cleaning standards for all internal and external glass units.
  • Maintain safe working practices, utilize correct signage, and ensure a safe approach at all times.
  • Be fully conversant with house rules and regulations, emergency procedures, SOPs, and COSHH.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met as per the specification.
  • Embody and promote the Chiswick Park vision and values.
