Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide expert knowledge and support on corporate law developments, ensuring fee earners have access to the latest information and resources.
  • To develop and maintain internal precedents, best practice guides, and knowledge resources for the benefit of our fee earners.
  • To design and deliver regular training sessions for junior fee earners, covering areas such as general corporate law and specialist topics.
  • To enhance the firm's reputation as a leading commentator on corporate law, through research, analysis, and thought leadership.
  • To assist with research, advising on technical legal issues, and providing high-quality support to our fee earners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate transactional law from a reputable city, national, or regional law firm.
  • Excellent drafting and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively.
  • Well-developed organization and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
