Corporate Senior Administrator Role Overview

The successful candidate will take on a portfolio of complex cases to support the Senior Management team, managing up to 3 staff whilst on assignment, providing 'on the job' training and guidance.

As a key member of the Corporate Recovery department, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the lead on jobs undertaken with a high level of autonomy.
  • Liaising with Directors both pre and post appointment to ensure smooth decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues such as wrongful trading and antecedent transactions.
  • Responding promptly to formal communications from creditors and shareholders.
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on job progress.
  • Preparing statement of affairs and estimated outcome statements to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitoring job WIP and costs to budget, allocating costs where appropriate.
  • Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of management for timely intervention.

From the outset, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the firm's marketing activities, showcasing your expertise in Administrations and Liquidations. Previous experience in these areas is essential, and an ACA/ACCA or CPI qualification would be highly advantageous.
